Managed IT support in London for regulated businesses
We monitor, patch and secure your IT every day, and keep the evidence your regulator, insurer or tender panel will ask for.
Four signs your IT needs managing
You’re the IT person on top of everything else
Password resets, laptop problems, chasing suppliers. It all lands on you, and it takes time away from running the business.
Nobody is watching your systems
No monitoring, no alerts, no early warning. You find out something is wrong when work stops.
Someone has asked for proof
A tender, an insurer, a commissioner or an inspector wants to know how you keep data safe. The answer is spread across old emails and one person’s memory.
You’ve outgrown doing it yourself
A growing team, more devices and more remote working. Hoping for the best stops working at this point.

What managed looks like in practice
Anonymised examples from our managed clients.
Healthcare provider, 50+ users
Several sites and a large remote workforce. We manage their Microsoft 365, devices, backups and security monitoring, and coordinate the suppliers behind their clinical and cloud systems. When their DSPT and Cyber Essentials come round, the technical evidence is already in place.
Home care agency
The whole business ran from one shared personal email account, with no audit trail. We moved every member of staff onto their own Microsoft 365 account, set up a shared mailbox and moved their files into a managed document library. They are now Cyber Essentials certified.
Law firm
They needed Cyber Essentials quickly. We worked through the questions with them before any agreement was signed and they were certified within a week. Since then we have more than tripled their mailbox capacity at no extra licence cost, after their previous provider said it could not be increased.

Anything else, ask at your consultation.
What are your response times?
Critical issues within 1 hour, high priority within 2 hours, medium within 4 hours and low priority within 1 business day. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. We work around your current notice period, take over admin access and deploy our monitoring and security tools in the first week.
Do you complete our DSPT for us?
We provide the technical evidence: devices, accounts, backups, patching and security controls. The toolkit also covers paper records, staff training and information governance, which stay with your organisation. We will show you which questions are ours and which are yours.
Do you come onsite?
Yes, across North West London, Central London and Hertfordshire. Most issues are fixed remotely, which is faster.
What happens if we leave?
We hand over admin credentials, documentation and asset records at no cost.
Do you support businesses with one user?
We have a separate plan for sole traders. Ask at consultation.
