Do we need a managed IT plan as well?
No. Managed Cyber Essentials works on its own. A managed plan makes it easier to stay compliant between renewals.
Is there a contract?
Does it include fixing gaps?
We find and flag them. Technical fixes are quoted separately, unless you are on a managed IT plan that already covers them.
